Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

How to return

• Email judy@cwtchcase.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return items unused and in original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
• You are responsible for return postage (unless faulty).

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. After this period, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement where possible.
