1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by Cwtch via our website www.cwtchcase.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Products

We take care to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices of our products are correct. The Cwtch case is suitable for symmetrical silicone breast prostheses sizes 2-11 (Trulife measurements). Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK postage and packaging.
We are not VAT-registered; no VAT will be added to your order.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
We accept credit and debit card payments through our secure checkout.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services.
We aim to dispatch within [x] working days of receiving your order.
Delivery times may vary; delays outside our control are not our responsibility.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your item to cancel your order for any reason.
To cancel, email judy@cwtchcase.com with your order details.
You must return the product unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us.
Return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If your product is faulty, you have 30 days from receipt to notify us for a full refund.
After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement.
If that is not possible, we will issue a refund.
